Openly Gay U.S. Soldier Randy Phillips Demonstrates Oblique Crunches - Shirtless!

We may be in love.

This soldier was not only courageous enough to defend our country, then famously come out to his family (and the world) on a viral YouTube video, but he's got a HAWT bod too!

The first two things are definitely more admirable, but a nice physique doesn't hurt his appeal. Ha!

It turns out Randy Phillips is a bit of a fitness enthusiast and wants to open his own gym one day, so he is starting to upload short, simple exercise videos to inspire his fans to not only be proud of their sexuality, but their bodies as well.

In his first vid, he demonstrates how to perform oblique side crunches…with his shirt off…and we love it. Randy wants you to know though, he's been slacking off for a few weeks and, like the rest of us, is ready to get back in shape, saying:

"This is nowhere near the my best physical shape, but I wanted to show you what I looked like after slacking off for a few weeks."

Can't wait to see what this guy looks like after NOT slacking off for a few weeks!

10-Year-Old Fitness Prodigy Hosts Workout Videos For Kids

OMG! This is so cute!

Meet 10-year-old fitness prodigy, C.J. Senter, a.k.a. The Workout Kid!

The unusually ripped 4th grader gives celebrity trainer Shaun T., host of the Insanity Workout, a run for his money as he hosts his own series of workout videos made just for kids.

He's not just a cute face either — he's the real athletic deal!

C.J. workouts three times a week on his own after school homework, then even teaches older kids during a fitness class at his local gym.

The young running back aspires to make it to the NFL and has already been named MVP for the state of Georgia in the an 8-and-under football league.

The young trainer, who eats "everything", is pretty knowledgeable too!

Research shows that kids shouldn't begin weight training until they're 15-years-old, but you don't have to tell C.J.! "I don't bench press. It's not good for kids, " he explained after insisting he doesn't use weights to stay in shape.
