World's Oldest Wombat Is SUPER Huge!!

Patrick the world's oldest wombat!

Whoa! That is one serioussssssly HUGE wombat!

Ballarat Wildlife Park has the world's oldest wombat!

His name is Patrick and he's 27-years-old. Most wombats in captivity only live to 20!

Oh and he's freakin' GIGANTIC! Did we mention that already? LOLz!

He weighs an incredible 66-pounds but got bullied by other wombats every time he was released into the wild, so he lives at the zoo.

He bunks up with a family of three other wombats, a mama, a papa and their baby.

Patrick hasn't ever had any kids or girlfriends or boyfriends or anything, which might also make him the world's oldest wombat virgin!

Poor guy, someone needs to give that big wombat some love!!

The World's Oldest Dog Has Died

So sad!

Pusuke, a 26-year-old male cross-breed was officially recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records about a year ago.

He died in his home with his owner just a few days ago.

He was born in March in 1985!!

So close to his 27th birthday.

That's well over 100 in dog years, so estimates would even put it around 185!!

He died only a few minutes after his owner returned home from a walk.

She said:

"I think [Pusuke] waited for me to come home."

Our thoughts and hearts go out to that woman and hope that the memories from her many years with Pusuke comfort her in this tough time.
