We reported that Joe Giudice, husband to Real Housewives of New Jersey castmember Teresa, was once again busted for fraud over the weekend after he was charged with forgery and wrongfully using the identifying information of another in an attempt to illegally obtain a driver's license in his brother's name!

He was arrested on Friday and spent six hours in jail before being bailed out for $50,000, and now we've gotten word that when he arrives in court this morning, he intends to plead "not guilty."

Seriously? AGAIN?!

Yeah, yeah, yeah, always an excuse.

This is getting ridiculous, and frankly, we think this man should be EMBARRASSED after all the nonsense he's pulled. What makes him think he can just forge his way into getting whatever he wants?!

Shameful, especially after all the financial stress he's put his family through because of this kind of behavior!

Get it together, buddy! You have KIDS.
