Nicholas Brendon was arrested Monday for felony grand theft at a Hilton hotel in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The 43-year-old best known for playing Xander on the hit show Buffy the Vampire Slayer was in town for a comic book convention.
According to reports, the actor got intoxicated, destroyed his hotel room, and fell asleep in a hotel worker's office.
The Los Angeles native did around $450 worth of damage to his room and spent around $380 in food and beverages, which he refused to pay.
As we reported four months ago, Brendon was arrested in Idaho for "malicious injury to a property" which was triggered by him mixing prescription medication and alcohol.
He was in the area for a comic book convention that time as well.
Recently, the former WB star also split from his wife of five months.
