We hope Simon Cowell thought long and hard about his next steps while on holiday in Barbados, because it sounds like he has a LOT to sort out!

The reality TV maven spoke at the Britain's Got Talent season launch this past weekend and addressed some issues in regards to a possible UK return!

Simon, who's currently a judge on the US version of X Factor, used to judge the UK version, as well. He then, of course, took time off from the British version to focus on launching the one in the States.

Nicole Scherzinger might’ve gotten cut from X Factor US, but it seems she’ll be sticking around on the UK’s version… that is, if Sharon Osbourne has anything to do with it!
