It looks like the soup's actually not on.

After more than a decade of hosting The Soup, it looks like Joel McHale will be putting down his ladle.

E! announced on Wednesday that the late night clip show would be ending its run on December 18 after an impressive 12 years on the air.

The 43-year-old comedian had been with the series since 2004 when it was re-branded from Talk Soup, a similar show that featured Greg Kinnear, John Henson, Hal Sparks, and Aisha Tyler as hosts at different times.

Interestingly enough, this isn't Joel's only canned show of 2015 — despite fans' best efforts, cult classic Community unfortunately got cancelled back in June after a season streamed exclusively on Yahoo!

But is this really the last we've seen of The Soup… 12 seasons and movie, anyone??

Filed under: Music MinuteTaylor SwiftNew York

Taylor Swift's new album 1989 dropped today, and you can say we're a little obsessed.

But what we like even more than prerecorded music are live performances, and that's exactly what Taylor gave to all of her fans this afternoon!

TayTay partnered with iHeartRadio and Yahoo! Screen to perform five of her favorite songs from 1989 including; Welcome To New York, Out Of The Woods, Style, Blank Space, and, of course, Shake It Off!

All we can say is that Taylor absolutely blew everyone watching live away, especially when she got the Empire State Building's lights to follow the beat of her music.

That's right. She was in control of one of the tallest skyscraper in NYC. NBD.

We really think Taylor is owning this whole Global Welcome Ambassador for Tourism thing!

Plus, she sang for a full 27 minutes on top of a building at night in the cold, so she's basically perfect.

And make sure to stop by Yahoo! Screen's website for even more Taylor videos.
