What a wonderfully romantic way to follow up looking at Zac Efron's lovely mug!!
The Yeah Yeah Yeahs' singer Karen O took the stage at the 2014 Oscars to perform her beautiful song The Moon Song from the film Her!
The rock goddess was joined by Vampire Weekend's Ezra Koenig for an incredibly simple yet brilliant duet!!
If that doesn't make you feel warm and fuzzy inside, we don't know what will!
Ch-ch-check out her performance (above)!

The Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ new video for Despair is a lot less entomological than their previous vid, Mosquito, the title track from their latest album, for which we are grateful.
Because no matter how awesome the song (and Mosquito is an AWESOME song), BUGS = EW.
Despair starts with Yeah Yeah Yeahs lead singer Karen O's lovely voice a cappella for almost a full two minutes at first, so don’t turn up your sound or clean out your ears.
They’re just being CREATIVE!
And if you’ve ever wanted to visit the top of the Empire State Building at sunrise, well — YOU’RE WELCOME!
Check it outttttt …AFTER THE JUMP!!!

Ok, so nothing against the song Mosquito, but mosquitoes are disgusting.
And we know (or desperately hope) that the mosquito used in the making of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs new music vid was not real because that thing is HUGE!!!!
Also, the fact that it turns a variety of different colors is reassuring. Since we’ve never seen mosquitoes do that in real life. AND it grows an embryo. Yeah.
But mosquitoes aside, the little boy that is ever-present in the corner of the video is absolutely adorable!! Even though we know he’s the host to that terrible nasty bug.
Oh, and the song is pretty rad too, ha!
Ch-ch-check it ouuttt! (above)

The Yeah Yeah Yeahs asked nicely for fans to put away their camera phones- sort of!
Lead singer Karen O gave the crowd carte blanche to take all the photos they wanted for the first few minutes at a recent show.
But when the band unleashed their new tracks Slave and Wedding Song from the upcoming Mosquito they wanted those cameras obscured!
They even posted a spot-on sign outside to let everyone know how serious they were!
Ch-ch-check out the pics (below) to see the HIGHlarious sign- and more of Karen and the boys getting crazy onstage!
They don't do anything normal- and that's why we love them!
