Do you think Netflix knew they had this big a phenomenon on their hands?

Making a Murderer may have premiered three weeks ago, but it still seems to be the only thing anyone can talk about.

While most fans believe that Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey deserve a new trial based on what they've seen through the docu-series, President Barack Obama confirmed that he can only handle federal pardons on Thursday.

However, it seems like that small win was not enough for former Special Prosecutor Ken Kratz, because he just sat down with Yahoo! News on Friday to discuss the case, and doesn't seem too thrilled with his response, saying:

***WARNING: Making a Murderer Spoilers Below***

Maybe this will lift his spirits!

If you've been on the Internet at all in the past two weeks, chances are you heard about the case of Steven Avery thanks to the Netflix docu-series Making a Murderer.

While the public consensus is that Steven and his nephew Brendan Dassey were unjustly convicted of murder despite a lack of evidence, it seems like fans are no longer content with trashing the former prosecutor in bad Yelp reviews.

In the 17 days since its premiere, over 170,000 people have signed a Change.org petition to get the Manitowoc County, Wisconsin men a pardon from President Barack Obama!

Unfortunately for well-meaning fans, the President can't actually help since he can only deal with federal crimes — not state.

Steven and Brendan are both currently in jail for killing Teresa Halbach… but could this petition be the spotlight their case needs??

All 10 episodes of Making a Murderer are currently available on Netflix.

***WARNING: Making a Murderer Spoilers Below***

If you have yet to stumble across Netflix's latest original series Making a Murderer, then you're missing out on one of the most maddening seasons of television ever.

The 10-part docu-series follows the true crime case of Steven Avery as he was sentenced to jail for 18 years for a crime he didn't commit, released after DNA evidence exonerated him, and then again tried for a completely separate crime!

But what makes the documentary even more enthralling, aside from the twists involving police deception and cover up, is that the case involving 52-year-old Steven and his nephew Brendan Dassey is still developing to this day.

That's bad news for the former prosecutor who went against Steven back in 2005.

Based on what the show's portrayal of events, Calumet County District Attorney Ken Kratz, along with Manitowoc County Sheriff's Lt. James Lenk and Sgt. Andrew Colborn, seem to let Steven take the fall for murder!

And that has led some angry fans to Kratz' Yelp page, where they're taking out their frustration with some of the most negative reviews of all time!

Here's a sampling:

Dr. Walter J. Palmer, the dentist who killed Cecil the Lion, is unlikely to face any legal consequences for his murderous actions.

Because Cecil wasn't killed on protected land, there's a good chance he'll just get away with it. Well, legally.

Socially, he's going to have a tough time, starting with his dental practice.

Besides gathering and leaving signs and stuffed animals at Palmer's actual offices, protesters have also taken their fight online, posting hundreds of one-star Yelp reviews for his practice.

Of course, it's Yelp, so he may be able to pay to remove those eventually, but for now it's all just too much; he's had to shut down business temporarily.

And for that he's truly sorry.

Palmer penned a letter to his patients apologizing for the inconvenience, saying:

One court's ruling might cause one woman to yelp for real!

Christopher Dietz, a contractor based in Washington D.C., is testifying today in his case against a former client of his who wrote a really, really, really bad review on Yelp!

Jane Perez apparently hired Christopher to do work on her home, was unhappy with the results, posted a negative review on Yelp claiming that he damaged her home, and accused him of jewelry theft.

Christopher is suing for as much as $750,000, saying that her accusations are false, have drained him, his business, and his family, and resulted in a “loss of work opportunities in an amount of at least $300,000.”

Meanwhile, she's countersuing claiming that he made false statements about her on Yelp!

One thing's for sure…we're totally going to think twice before giving out just one star.
