Yoga is treating Demi Moore right!

The Very Good Girls actress has been working out a lot and eating healthy lately, so when we saw her leaving her Beverly Hills yoga class yesterday, we couldn't help but notice how fit she's looking.

Miz Moore exited the gym carrying a cutesy purse, her orange yoga mat, a cup, and two bottles all on ONE arm! LOLz

Apparently yoga is making Demi's left arm extremely strong because she was holding a lot of stuff, while still keeping her composure.

Eat your heart out, Ashton Kutcher!

The High School Musical actress hit up her yoga class on Saturday, and as soon as she was spotted walking to her car, we couldn't help but stare at her super colorful spandex and her very purple yoga mat.

We like that Miz Hudgens was looking adorable in her circa 1995 outfit because there's nothing better than getting fit while being fashionable.
