Alec Baldwin was spotted with a very pregnant Hilaria in the Hamptons recently, and she looks ready to pop at any second now!

Despite her ever-growing baby bump, the soon-to-be mommy looked calm and cool and rocked her baby bump with plenty of pride!

We guess being a yoga instructor has it benefits, because she hasn't looked phased at all by the tiny person growing inside of her, which is weird, because we're about ready to explode with excitement over here!

Seriously, we can't wait to see the little bundle of joy!!

Just get started! Don't set unrealistic goals for a beginning exercise program. If you want to take up running, start with a run to the end of the block. When you get there, see if you can it run to the next one and so on. Unrealistic goals make for false starts and a sense of failure.
