JWOWW is already about as toned and tan as a girl can get, so why not throw a little yoga into the fitness mix?
The Jersey Shore star tweeted to her followers on Twitter that she is planning on getting more acquainted with the spiritual exercise, writing:
"Last night my yoga instructor made me try some crazy poses and I couldn't do them. So my new goal is to be able to by thanksgiving! #notgivingup"
Setting goals is one of the best ways to improve your fitness! After all, how are you supposed to get anywhere if you don't know where you're going?
