Some of the music industry’s finest gathered together last night at the Nokia Theater in El Lay to pay tribute to the late, great Whitney Houston!

The special, We Will Always Love You: A Grammy Salute to Whitney Houston, is the perfect blend of never before seen interview footage of Whitney, her greatest moments and special all-star performances.

Halle Berry introduced the show, with tears in her eyes as she recalled her earliest memories of Houston, as did LL Cool J, Britney Spears, Clive Davis and Taraji P. Henson throughout the night.

Jennifer Hudson kicked off the special and got the crowd to celebrate Whitney’s life, with a medley of her greatest dance hits like,

Star-Studded Funeral Procession For Late Rapper Heavy D

Many stars and friends of late Heavy D were in attendence to grieve the loss of the rapper during his funeral.

As reported earlier, President Barack Obama sent his condelences to family of Heavy D, where were read during the service led by Reverend Al Sharpton.

The long list of stars in attendence included Will Smith, Jay-Z, Queen LatifahUsher, Q-Tip, John Legend, and Rosie Perez among others.

Diddy also gave a humorous and heartfelt eulogy as well.

Heavy D was interred in his hometown of Mount Vernon, NY, which is also Diddy's birthplace. The mogul went on to say the following about his friend's death:
