A memoir isn't the only thing she has in the works though!

It's also been revealed the So You Think You Can Dance: The Next Generation judge will also be launching an entire TRILOGY of young adult novels starting this fall! And surprise, surprise, the story will focus on a young girl who dances competitively, but also has to deal with everything that comes with being a pre-teen.

Congrats to Maddie! This is a huge accomplishment!

In a statement about her big announcement, the teen gushed:

"I'm honored to be given the chance to write about my journey. My hope is to inspire others to always keep dreaming and push through the hardships because it's so worth it to find something you are truly passionate about in life. Always be brave enough to live out your dreams."

maze runner review

While there are countless young adult book-to-film adaptations, few could compete with flicks like Hunger Games!

Could The Maze Runner be the next YA franchise or will its opening weekend be a dud??!

The reviews are in, but The Guardian's Jordan Hoffman might've said it best:

"..After years (years!) of having our standards systematically lowered by a ceaseless tsunami of Young Adult adaptations, The Maze Runner's spry pace is noticeable and appreciated."

Sounds promising.

But wait…he wasn't done there.
