Even though it's fall, Lucy Hale is ready for spring!

The Pretty Little Liars star attended the Teen Vogue party, celebrating their annual Young Hollywood issue, wearing a blue and white floral print Christian Dior Resort dress.

She paired the floaty frock with black sandals, an Edie Parker matching clutch, Adeler earrings and Dana Rebecca rings.

Emma Roberts played hostess last night at Nylon magazine's annual Young Hollywood issue party.

The 20 year old actress arrived at El Lay hot spot Bardot in a fancy Elie Saab tulle and lace dress with suede cutout platform pumps.

Compared to other guests, Emma was definitely the dressiest one there. Something a little more youthful and fun would have been a better choice.
