The final theatrical trailer may have only arrived earlier last week, but that doesn't mean that there isn't any more unseen Man Of Steel footage for us to all feast our eyes upon!

In fact, in the just-released new TV spot for Zack Snyder's re-imagining of the iconic superhero, Russell Crowe's Jor-El once again gets a good portion of the screentime…and even shows off his very own super "S" emblazoned on his chest, similar to the one worn by his character's very sexy son, Henry Cavill!

Yet another FAIL for Superman Returns.

For five years now, Superman producer Jon Peters has been involved in a lawsuit with former assistant Shelly Morita. She claims that Jon "got her into bed uninvited and fondled her" during the making of Superman Returns.

Now, Shelly has officially won her case, and the sketchy producer is being forced to pay $822K in lost wages, as well as $2.5 mil in punitive damages.
