Sometimes it feels like everyone just wants to sue for something.

Earlier this week, online retailer Zappos.com suffered a security breach and possible customer names, numbers and email addresses were accessed after being hacked.

Zappos contacted its customers to let them know of the breach and to change their passwords.

That was fast!

Almost a week after being sued, Alexander McQueen has already settled their trademark infringement lawsuit with the Hells Angels.

Under the terms of the settlement, McQueen, Zappos and Saks agreed to remove the infringing items that bared the motorcycle gang's death head and name from stores and websites.

They have also issued a recall of the items that were sold and will be destroyed.

It's probably for the best.

Hells Angels Sue McQueen, Saks & Zappos!

Who knew these guys were so into fashion?

The Hells Angels have filed a lawsuit against Alexander McQueen, Saks & Zappos.com claiming they are selling items named after the gang and using their "Death Head" design without permission.

We can understand the name, but the design? It's a skull!

The motorcycle gang's lawyer Fritz Clapp says the suit "…isn't just about money, it's about membership. If you've got one of these rings on, a member might get really upset that you're an imposter."

OK, first of all we doubt someone who's wearing designer labels and shopping at high end department stores would be mistaken as a Hells Angel.

Second, if they're going to sue anybody it should be Ed Hardy and Christian Audigier. Both labels use skulls like they're going out of style and in turn, are being worn by all sorts of tools and douchebags all over the world.

The rough and tough organization is seeking unspecified damages and "supervised destruction" of the merchandise.
