What a truly wonderful tribute.
It's been a little over two months since David Bowie sadly succumbed to his battle with liver cancer, and his musical compatriots are still reeling from his death.
We've already seen beautiful salutes to Ziggy Stardust thanks to Lady GaGa's gorgeous Grammy performance and Lorde and Annie Lennox's partnership at the BRIT Awards, but it's time to add yet another tribute to the list.

That's because The Flaming Lips just dropped a music video for their version of Space Oddity on Thursday, and it's easily the best Bowie cover we've heard.
It perfectly honors David's memory while standing out on its own thanks to that supremely stylized chorus, and we think it's safe to say he'd be proud.

Tebowie returned to Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday night to sing about Tim Tebow being booted from the team he miraculously lead to the playoffs last season, so they could make room for Peyton Manning.
This time Tebowie switches up the lyrics to Ziggy Stardust, but it's just as funny as the last time!
Check out the HIGHlarious return of one of Fallon's funniest characters above!

He's a popular one this month.
Like Kate Moss, Daphne Guinness channeled her inner David Bowie for Vogue Germany's January issue.
The heiress and queen of couture recreated some Bowie's classic alter egos and personas like Ziggy Stardust and the Thin White Duke as well as the musician's ex Angela Bowie.
Who do U thin makes a better Ziggy Stardust? Kate or Daphne???

Kate Moss managed to snag one last Vogue cover before the end of 2011.
The supermodel appears on Vogue Paris' December/January issue styled as David Bowie from his Ziggy Stardust days.
Channeling David Bowie is nothing new for Mossy. Back in 2003 British Vogue recreated Bowie's Aladdin Sane album cover with Kate for the May issue.
Which one do U like better???

Jared Leto and the rest of the 30 Seconds to Mars crew were at the MTV EMAs this weekend looking oh so happy to be there.
Jared's style for Sunday night is what we like to call "Karl Stardust".
From the neck down he's repping the Karl Lagerfeld look and his hair screams David Bowie circa the Ziggy Stardust era.
