Sounds like more zombies are coming to the small screen!

Right on the heels of the overwhelming success of The Walking Dead's second season premiere, Fox is reportedly in talks to develop a half-hour television show based on the 2009 flick Zombieland, which according to producer Gavin Polone, was the original plan to begin with!

He explains:

"The original plan for [Zombieland] was to make it as a TV show. If the TV show goes, then the sequel won't happen."

Nice!

We could actually see this really working in this format!

And maybe Emma Stone and the gang could pop in for the occasional cameo - you know, if they haven't had their brainz eaten yet!

Ha!

What do U think?? Are U interested in a Zombieland TV show??

Emma Stone Offered Lead In Pride & Prejudice & Zombies

We couldn't think of a BETTER choice!

The film adaptation of Seth Grahame-Smith's Pride & Prejudice & Zombies is well into development, with Craig Gillespie directing and Natalie Portman serving as a producer, and now, it appears that the role of Elizabeth Bennett has been offered to Emma Stone!

Amazing!

As we all know, gurl had experience dealing with the undead in Zombieland, so we think she'd be able to hold her own in this one just fine! Just a question of whether or not she wants to branch away from this genre!

Personally, we hope not! We'd love to see her get her Jane Austen on!

What do U think?? Should Emma do Pride & Prejudice & Zombies??

Good for her!

Zombieland and Pineapple Express actress Amber Heard officially came out of the closet at GLAAD's 25th Anniversary Celebration Saturday night.

She, along with her partner Tasya van Ree, attended the event and spoke openly about her choice to come out. She declared that she didn't want to be "a part of the problem" by staying in the closet and said she was honored to have the priviledge of presenting the Founder's Award to GLAAD/LA Founder and First Executive Direcotr Richard Jennings.

Congrats on coming out, Amber!

Major Ghostbusters 3 Updates!

Honey, I’m Coming Out of Retirement!

That’s right, folks. Sources are saying that Rick Moranis will come out of retirement to reprise his role in the third Ghostbusters film!

We can only hope that this will influence Moranis to stay out of retirement. You know you’d love to see him star in Honey I Shrunk The Groom, where he accidentally shrinks his son on his wedding day, and must get him to the altar in time for the ceremony! And yes, it MUST be in 3-D.

The other big Ghostbusters story update is that Oscar, Sigourney Weaver’s child from Ghostbusters 2, will join the team in this film, AND it will be revealed that Oscar is the lovechild of Weaver and Bill Murray’s characters! Scan-da-lous!

No word yet on who will play their son. Perhaps they can bring on Zombieland star Jesse Eisenberg. He’s clearly capable of killing netherworldly creatures, and he’s just awkward enough to be a solid Ghostbuster.

More than anything, we hope the Rick Moranis news comes to fruition. We’d really love to see him on the big screen again!

Why G.I. Joe 2 MIGHT Not Be Horrible

channingtatume.jpg

Yes, G.I. Joe 2 is on its way, and yes, we said it might not be horrible (key word, of course, being MIGHT).

Here are some reasons why G.I. Joe 2 might not be unwatchable…

-Channing Tatum will be returning. That news is bound to bring at least a glimmer of hope.

-Sources say that Zombieland screenwriters Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick are writing the script….and Zombieland was pretty damn awesome.

-Director Stephen Sommers is returning. He’s got to be aware of how people felt about the first film, so maybe he’ll keep the plentiful criticisms in mind whilst directing this one.

-For G.I. Joe fans, you’ll get another opportunity to be re-introduced to characters that you loved from the series.

-It can’t possibly get any worse than the first film.

Will you be able to muster any level of enthusiasm for this sequel?
