If you are planning on visiting the Library of Congress, you might be subject to bird droppings landing on your head…inside the building! Ha!
There has been a female Cooper's hawk flying loose in the Jefferson building of the library since last Wednesday.
Nicknamed Cooper, she has been perched on a high ledge inside the 160-foot dome.
Officials at the worlds largest library aren't quite sure how they are getting her off that ledge either.
Looks like Cooper may be nesting up there soon if they can't figure out a way to coax her down.
LOLz! Good luck with that!
