Frozen Dog Found In Block Of Ice

Ugh! This is so sad!

Authorities in British Columbia have launched an animal cruelty investigation after a dead dog was found frozen in a block of ice!

According to the British Columbia Animal Protection Society, the dead dog was discovered January 15th on a homeowners front lawn!

Gross!

And no, this isn't like a block of ice a caveman or mammoth would be found in. This was man made!

A spokesperson for the British Columbia Animal Protection Society said:

"It's a bizarre and very upsetting case. Inside the block of ice, which looks to have been made from a large rubber bin, was the frozen corpse of a medium-sized black dog."

The man who reported the incident does not know the dog or how the block of ice got on his property, but investigators are trying to determine the animals cause of death.

Poor dog! We hope they catch whoever did this and bring them to justice!
