This is getting ridiculous.
How many horses have to die before someone realizes they're doing something wrong?
It's like the NYC horse carriages all over again.
On HBO's series, Luck, a third horse has died on set.
The show is on hold pending an investigation.
Apparently the horse reared up while being walked to the track, fell back, injured its head and was euthanized on set.
PETA most definitely had something to say:
"Three horses have now died and all the evidence we have gathered points to sloppy oversight, the use of unfit, injured horses, and disregard for the treatment of thoroughbreds."
The confusing part is there was an American Humane Association safety representative on set who said that when the accident happened "all safety precautions were in place."
Seems like Luck really just has quite the opposite.
