A wild deer was spotted in Marble Hill's housing project in NYC.
Which we're assuming is pretty rare for Manhattan.
A witness said:
"He looked nervous, scared. He was hopping around and jumped across the street. He was standing in the middle of the park by the mall.
I was surprised, I got 25 years living here and never in my life did I see this."
Several cops responded but were unable to catch the elusive animal, until it was later spotted with another deer.
They were eventually able to tranquilize one with a dart, but the other got away.
Another witness in her young 20s was happy to see the deer. She said:
"He was jumping around, just jumping over fences. He was so cute.
I've never seen a deer around here. It’s crazy… I want him to come back."
Seeing as how they only caught one, we wouldn't be surprised if she sees another deer very soon.
