GOP "hopeful" Newt Gingrich received a two hour private (no fairzies!) tour of the St. Louis Zoo Friday, and a Magellanic penguin had a bone to pick with him.
More like a finger!
The penguin snacked on Gingrich's finger, a severe injury that required immediate Band-Aid attention.

Miranda Lambert is a real mensch!
The Oklahoma native has done everything she can to help the victims of the tornado that mainly ripped through Moore, Oklahoma. Now her help is extending to the furry victims, too!
The singer has dispatched veterinarians associated with the MuttNation Foundation, which Lambert started in 2009, to the town of Moore where they will set up shop to help injured dogs and cats in the area.
The temporary shelters were set up on Wednesday, and Lambert is very happy to do her part.
