Matt Lauer went to go see a man about a horse…
And came back with 40 acres of horse ranching land!
The Today Show host dropped an astounding 3.5 million clams on land in the Hamptons.
Matt plans on turning his new digs into a horse ranch for his wife, Annette, and their three kids.
This isn't his first rodeo in the Hamptons either. Matt has a $15 million estate down the road from his new land as well.
Now THAT's some spending money!
