Sad…shame on you United Airlines!
Jim Stanek, a disabled veteran, and his service dog, Sarge, had a DREADFUL experience trying to get to Albuquerque, NM from Knoxville, TN.
Stanek, founder of Paws and Stripes, was on his way home but his flight plans were in constant flux.
Due to mechanical issues, Stanek's original flight was canceled. But this wasn't even the beginning of his problems…
An employee from United, startled by Sarge, KICKED the poor pooch. After this, he was forced to stay in a hotel while his flight was rescheduled for the next day.
Customer service agents REFUSED to amicably assist the vet and his dog. His second flight was canceled. forcing him to stay in Knoxville again.
Stanek was finally able to return home but not before his dog was kicked AGAIN, a customer service rep called him retarded AND other physical, emotional and mental abuse.
To hear the full story from Stanek's point of view, watch the video (above).
This is completely unacceptable, United Airlines!
