Dr. Drew knows a thing or two about sexual relations. And he knows that too much sex can be a bad thing.
So, the doc teamed up with PETA to tell pet owners that spaying and neutering pets can help stop overpopulation.
Everyday, more and more pets end up in shelters due to owners having too many litters.
Sadly, many pets end up euthanized each day as well.
