Couple Gives Up On Wedding For SECOND Time To Save Beloved Pooch
Talk about going the extra mile for your pet!
Melanie Cannon and Eddie Hanna put their dream wedding on hold, for the second time, when they found out their adopted pooch, Koda, would need life saving surgery.
The Floridian couple rescheduled their initial wedding a year ago after Melanie's grandmother died.
But before their second try, their insurance company refused to fund Koda's procedure, forcing them to forfeit their wedding deposits and money AGAIN to pay for it themselves.
The Halifax Humane Society stepped into action.
The organization contacted local vendors and a facility, flowers, catering, and more goodies were provided to the couple!
WE LUHV happy endings!
Koda will need medication for the rest of his life, but he'll be able to watch his bestest buds get married!
