Literally! His name is Trooper! LOLz!

A miraculous dog is causing Facebook to explode, as Trooper was born with a rare deformity.

His front legs are on his back!

In the womb, Trooper's intestines were outside his body, wrapping around his front legs and pulling them towards his back.

He was born with his body cavity open with his organs exposed, and he never went to the vet! Somehow, some way, Trooper is alive today.
