New Hampshire Man Is Caring For TWENTY SEVEN Orphaned Bear Cubs!!!

WOW!

We could NEVER imagine caring for over 27 orphaned Black Bear cubs, but that is exactly what New Hampshire's only bear rehabilitator is doing this winter.

Over the past 20 winters Ben Kilham has cared for an average of 3-5 orphaned cub bears who hibernate in an enclosure near his home.

But this year there is a record amount of bears and the other problem is they won't go to sleep! Since there are so many - they keep on waking each other up. Which also means they're eating up all of Ben's food that he puts out for them. Which means Ben needs the kindness of others to help care for these bears this winter!

Ben estimates that each cub will cost $1,000 to care for through the winter, and when we see pictures of them like the one (above) we can't help but hope they are able to get everything they need and more!!!

Question…I know they need help to survive, but won't they be likly to come back to humans later since they are getting a handout, and possibly hurt someone?

When I was much younger my parents took us to the San Diego Zoo (which is great by the way) and my younger brother who was about 5 somehow managed to climb into the pen with a black bear, my parents were freaked but the zoo personnel were very helpful. Black bears I have read can be dangerous.
