If you needed a heaping helping of nightmare fuel, you're in luck!
A new spider has been discovered in Sri Lanka, specifically a new type of giant tarantula, Tiger Spider Genus Poecilotheria.
Its leg span is up to eight inches. Yup, that's def face-sized.
And once it's dropped onto you and is hugging your face? It can inject you with its venom because did we forget to mention its venomous? Cause it is.
Oh yeah and it's fast. Like, really fast.
So who wants to go to Sri Lanka and check out the giant, fast, venomous, tree dwelling spiders??
Yeah, no thanks, we think we'll stay right where we're at, thousands of miles away from these massive murder machines.
