Kristin Chenoweth is a wonderful woman who has her own animal charity called Maddie's Corner, named for her dog Maddie.
She's a caring, compassionate person and also an Oklahoma native, so she's doing whatever she can to help those affected by the recent devastating tornado.
She is selling "Lending A Helping Paw" t-shirts through her charity at $25 a pop to try and raise money to help pets in need of medical attention since the tornado hit.
"Maddie is a little dog but right now she's got her paws wrapped around her mama's home state of Oklahoma in a big hug of love and support following the devastating tornado. So many lives, both human and animal, were torn apart… We are going to do whatever we can to help those affected by the tornado to recover and rebuild. We will be sending food, building supplies, medical supplies and veterinarians, if needed. We want to see everyone reunited with lost pets and help families to heal and care for themselves during this difficult time. Let's rally together… for good!"
She hopes to sell at least 1,000 shirts so she can get over $17,500 to donate!
That's just amazing!!
Way to give back to your community, Kristin!
