These swine may not be pot-bellied pigs…but they certainly have pot in their bellies!
A pig farmer in Seattle is now selling pork from his "Pot Pigs."
The drugged out piggies gain weight 20% faster than normal pigs, so they end up tasting more "savory."
The farmer said:
"The flavor of the fat is extraordinary. [Customers] love the marbling of the fat."
Customers looking for a little more "kick" than just a savory, fatty pork chop, will be disappointed.
You can't get high off the pork!
The farmer plans on adding beer and vodka to the pigs' diet next… but that sounds like animal cruelty to us, so let's hope that's just a joke.
