This is absolutely ridiculous!!
Charles Hernandez is an American war hero!
He's described himself as a "highly-decorated and combat-disabled veteran of the Iraq war and a distinguished educator in the New York City school system."
One day back in February, he walked into a KFC in New York along with his pet Valor, who is a registered service dog to help treat his PTSD.
When he entered the store, he was told "there are no dogs allowed," and even explained he had proper permits for his dog, but was still told, "ok, but you still cannot have the dog in the store."
Hernandez left, without food, went home, and got to filing a lawsuit.
Now he's demanding $1,000,000 for the disrespect he received!
We think he may have a real case because as long as his dog was registered, they cannot refuse the animal entrance!
Good luck with your case and thanks for your service, Charles!!
