OMG. We just want to reach through our screens and pet this little guy!!!
That adorable puppy’s name is Rocco and he’s co-starring with Tom Hardy in his upcoming movie The Drop!
In the flick, Tom actually plays the part of a hero and rescues
His death is still felt today. Despite it happening almost 8 years ago.
The late and great Steve Irwin's longtime partner and cameraman Justin Lyons has talked about the day of his close friend's death for the very first time, and the details are hard to listen to.
Lyons went on Australia's Studio 10 show to talk about that fateful day when Steve Irwin was stung by a stingray. For some reason we thought that maybe Mr. Irwin had been stung, and almost didn't realize the severity of the injury.
But that is NOT how Justin Lyons describes it. In fact — the details are SO horrific that we wouldn't recommend venturing ahead if you're the squeamish type.
When the cameraman watched the stingray swim away, Steve Irwin had a policy of continuing to film no matter what, he turned back to his friend to see that Steve was "standing in a huge pool of blood”.
Steve seemed to know that he was in trouble although he didn't realize the extreme severity of the injury as Justin Lyons revealed:
"He obviously didn’t know it had punctured his heart … even if we had got him into an emergency ward at that moment we probably we wouldn’t have been able to save him."
Despite the fact that Justin Lyons recorded the entire incident, he (thankfully) revealed that it will never be made available to the public. In fact we wouldn't blame him if he destroyed the video.
Such a tragic end for such a beloved man. We're horrified to hear and read the details about his death, and it's absolutely not recommended for the faint of heart.
