The Muppets may not be getting the best reviews for their ABC show, but they're certainly still trying to stay fresh with their commercials!
Ch-ch-check it out (above) and tell us what YOU think!
This is appalling and just so awful we don't even know what to say.
Some human beings can be so disgusting, we just don't understand it.
A vet in Texas was keeping sick dogs alive in horrid conditions, using them for blood transfusions.
Millard Lucien "Lou" Tierce was arrested after a family found their dog he suggested they euthanize was found alive. Sid the dog was kept in disgusting living conditions, all while his family had thought he was no longer alive, and it was Dr. Tierce who suggested they put the pup down.
Six months after their dog was "euthanized" the Harris family got a phone call that their pup was alive and being held in a urine and feces covered cage.
They immediately reused to the clinic and rescued their dog.
Marian Harris said:
"It was like getting punched in the stomach and then some. This has rocked our world. My kids are like, 'How does somebody do this?' How does this happen? He was able to walk and jump in the back of my minivan so it was an excitement to be reunited. The betrayal is so incredibly intense that nothing you have prepares you for the emotions. There's anger, there's joy that you have your dog back, there's betrayal of this intense trust. And so it's just really hard to camp on one particular emotion."
After taking Sid to another clinic they found that he didn't need to be put down at all. Thankfully Sid was able to recover from his abusive kenneling.
Other dogs at Tierce's clinic weren't so lucky.
Three of them were in such awful condition they needed to be euthanized. That's so awful.
Two of the dogs belonged to people who thought Dr. Tierce had put their pets down. He instead was keeping them alive for blood transfusions. The third belonged to Tierce, but was in terrible condition: one leg missing, dislocated shoulders and more.
He was put down.
Thankfully his veterinary license has been suspended and the Texas State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners is holding a hearing for his case later this month.
Anything less than sentencing him to a filthy jail cell would be a crime in itself.
We hope this monster gets the book thrown at him!
