May is always a rough time of year for television lovers…

Since most TV shows usually finish up their seasons in the Spring, it's always interesting to see which series get to live on to the Fall, and which will never be heard of again.

Unfortunately for fans, 13 shows failed to make the cut on Thursday as ABC, FOX, CBS, and The CW each cancelled at least one of their programs!

As you probably already saw, hit series Nashville and Castle were both discarded by the House of Mouse amidst behind-the-scenes drama, while Supergirl barely survived thanks to a move to a new channel.

So… which shows won't be making it to the 2016-2017 season??

In the final moments before renewals are announced, a lot of shows are looking for ways to help boost their ratings.

Nashville is going the celebrity guest star route with appearances by Kesha and Derek Hough!

While Hough has popped up on the hit music drama before as Noah West, and it's always nice to see him return, the pop singer will be making her first appearance on the show!

Not a whole lot is known about the Tik Tok singer's guest appearance on Hayden Panettiere and Connie Britton's show, but we're definitely excited to see her bounce back from her Dr. Luke drama and continue her television acting career!

That was the question on everyone's mind during Tuesday night's The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story when a pair of gloves changed everything in the calculated trial.

As the trial continued, viewers were able to see how professors at Harvard Law were using it to teach their classes — one professor even faxed a suggestion to lead defense attorney Johnnie Cochran (Courtney B. Vance) to bring up drug cartels and their typically brutal murders to the court.

Jonnie took this cue and acted out having his throat sliced, giving the audience entertainment and a new conspiracy theory to eat up — that Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman could have been murdered because Faye Resnick (Connie Britton) owed a cartel money!
