Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus have been going through it lately, but that never stopped the Hunger Games actor from going to the gym to work on his arms!

On Thursday, Hemsworth popped out of a gym in West Hollywood in a tank top, and even though we got a good look at his sizzling biceps, the expression on his face was a bit sad.

Taking into mind that Mileybird just revealed that she's putting music over everything, which obviously means Liam too, we're thinking he was down in the dumps.

Aww man! Guess a wedding is no longer in order.

At least the 23-year-old actor can still pump iron to get his mind off of things!!

This November, forget the turkey … BRING ON THE BEEFCAKES!

Oh, the Hemsworth hotties… Goodness, there sure is some magical potion streaming through their blood, isn't there?

Well, we're going to be EXTRA thankful this Thanksgiving (now penned Hems-giving) as both Chris Hemsworth and Liam Hemsworth will be starring in this year's two biggest blockbusters, Thor: The Dark World and Catching Fire, and our manties are just waiting in anticipation.

Unfortunately, it's still a loooOOooooong time before we get to see the Hemsworth hunks on the big screen, so until then, let's give thanks and appreciate the two handsome gentlemen in the only way we can….

Okay, now let's see the boys in action! The Aussie boys are so different yet so similar. How? Well, let's show you…

It doesn't seem so long ago that we were campaigning HARD for Trevor Donovan to star in the sequel to the Hunger Games.

We closed our eyes, and we could think of no one better suited to suit up as Finnick Odair, the male victor from District 4 who swoops swims in and befriends Katniss during their new adventure in Catching Fire.

Sadly, that dream never came to pass — do us proud, Sam Clafin — but over the weekend, we got to see what could've been when Trevor ran into Jennifer Lawrence in the Green Room this weekend at the 2013 GLAAD Awards. Not only did the pair share a few minutes, but they also rubbed elbows with President Bill Clinton and Leonardo DiCaprio, the latter of which being a fellow client of this year's Stephen L Kolzak Award recipient, Attorney Steve Warren.

Such star power!

Well, Trevie. Maybe you didn't get the chance to wield a trident while pairing your perfect pecs along side Jennifer … but if you still wanted to do that on your free time, we'd be happy to watch!

Yes, we know that The Hunger Games sequel, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, will not be in theatres until November 22. But that doesn’t mean we can’t dream about it EVERY DAY!!!

With the release of the official Catching Fire teaser at the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday, the Hunger Games hype has already begun to blossom and, dare we say, CATCH FIRE??

Despite the movie’s later-than-summer release date, the director and a few actors from the movie made an appearance at Las Vegas’s CinemaCon. There, Liam Hemsworth, aka Gale, aka HottStuff, dropped a casual line in support of the new (well, new to the franchise) director.

He said the following:

OH-EM-GEE. THIS IS THE BEST THING WE HAVE EVER SEEN!

We knew the Hunger Games sequel was going to be amazing, but we didn't know HOW amazing!

The MTV Movie Awards were just the exciting foreplay, but this footage sealed the deal!!!

We have a feeling the Catching Fire movie is going to be even better than the book. Yeah, we said it!!! Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson are going to break our hearts! We can just feeeeel it!!!

Let the games begin already!

And here we were, thinking that we'd just be getting our Catching Fire fix when a new trailer for the much-anticipated Hunger Games sequel when it premieres tonight at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards!

Guess what? We were wrong!

While we'll be sure to freaking out with excitement in just a few short hours, our heart is already a'flutter, as a brand new production still has moseyed its way onto the internet, featuring our brave tributes Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson, with our beloved Elizabeth Banks sandwiched between them!

Looks to us like the Capitol's FASHION SENSE has gotten even MORE avante garde since we last saw it!

It's going to be really hard to top the MTV Movie Awards 2009 moment when Sacha Baron Cohen flew over the audience and landed on Eminem's face, balls first.
