The New Classic and fashion??
Sounds like a match made in heaven!
Iggy Azalea has been tapped to host MTV's upcoming House of Style online series…
Which is providing us with serious throwback model vibes!
The iconic show that ran from 1989-2000 is getting a digital makeover, with the 8 episode series set to air on MTV.com leading up to the VMAs on August 24!
Iggy is set to chronicle how the fashion industry has evolved alongside music and technology — joining the ranks of Cindy Crawford, Rebecca Romijn and Molly Sims, who also hosted the show!!
In a statement to the press, Colin Helms, SVP of Connected Content for MTV revealed:
We DON'T have one less problem without 'cha, Rumer Willis!
While you figure out the meaning behind that double negative, watch this HIGHlarious parody of Ariana Grande and Iggy Azalea's Problem that features Rumer.
Rumer even rubs some sunscreen on a shirtless dude, and we sort of wish the lotion was a different sort of white liquid.
Constantine Rousouli and Jake Wilson not only look hot underneath the summer sun in the vid, they'll have taught you a valuable (and musical) lesson about sunscreen application.
They are SRSLY so funny!!
Ch-ch-check out the parody called "SPF" PSA…AFTER THE JUMP!!!
T.I. did say he didn't want no mediocre, so why would he have a mediocre artist who needs a ghostwriter on his roster?
This isn't the first time Iggy Azalea has been accused of having others write her infectious and catchy tunes!
Ever since Nicki Minaj's inneresting acceptance speech at the BET Awards took a dig at artists who don't write their own stuff, everyone thought it was a subtle dig at Iggs.
But, the Aussie rapper's mentor is here to set the record straight!
When asked if the Bring 'Em Out rapper wrote rhymes for his prodigy, T.I. said:
They said it couldn't be done!
"Weird Al" Yankovic just scored his first No. 1 album with Mandatory Fun, which was released last week.
On top of Al's very popular online presence last week with his music videos, his album sales had been projected to land him in either first for the week, or second behind Jason Mraz's latest entry Yes!.
But, after a close race for some of the week, Al's viral marketing campaign paid off and won him the top spot with
Ryan Seacrest will be the host of this party again!
But Taylor Swift will be the star of the show!
Clear Channel has announced the lineup for the 2014 version of the iHeartRadio Music Awards, and all of the artists there sound WAY too good to be true!
But true it is!
Besides Taylor, there will be a number of famous acts including Coldplay, Lorde, Iggy Azalea, One Direction, and Usher who will all be performing on September 19th and September 20th at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
The festival, which is in its fourth year, won't just have those artists however! They have a TON more!
Find that out and all the information you need to know right here:
First thing first, Gary Oldman is the realest!
Move over Iggy Azalea, because Gary just let the whole world feel it by doing an AH-Mazing cover of Fancy for Capital FM!
Okay, so it was not so much a cover as a masterclass in dramatic monologuing. He even goes into what we believe is a Jamaican accent, so yeah, check that last accent off on his list of limitless dialects.
Ch-ch-check out his award-deserving performance (above)!!!
Is anyone really surprised Iggy Azalea would channel a movie for her music video??
After all, she DID rock Clueless style for her Fancy video.
And now it looks like Iggy and Rita Ora are channeling their inner Uma Thurman because they were rocking some Kill Bill style on the set of the music video for Black Widow.
Both ladies were looking ferosh in their super tight bodysuits that leave very little to the imagination.
With all the overwhelming cleavage, we almost didn't notice Rita's fierce blonde bangs and sharp hairstyle or Iggy's super sexy red tips!
And we almost missed out on seeing Michael Madsen (above) stepping in to do his part…which is totally perfect since he WAS in Kill Bill!
All this girl power has us on the edge of our seat for the Black Widow video!
