According to sources, the reality camera crew was on hand when Kimmy started experiencing labor pains and they followed her and her family to the hospital! But when Kanye West arrived, he told the crew to beat it!

Kim Kardashian’s friend Larsa Pippen was in El Lay planning to spend time with her pregnant friend, when out popped a baby!
So, the former Real Housewives of Miami star stopped by the hospital and saw the baby girl. She gushed:
