The Duchess of Cambridge has been dealing with a lengthy bout with morning sickness, and has thus handed off her royal duties to her husband Prince William. He'll be going on Saturday, September 20th.

A source revealed that the royal couple was spotted a few weeks ago at the Old Boot Inn in Kate's hometown Bucklebury. The onlooker said:
