You're hired!

Seth Meyers is following in another former Saturday Night Live cast member's footsteps…and they're good footsteps to follow in!

SNL is going to have to look high and low for another head writer and Weekend Update anchor because Seth is moving onto Late Night!

While Jimmy Fallon is taking over for Jay Leno next year, Seth will leave Saturday nights for 12:35am Monday-Friday.

NBC entertainment chairman Bob Greenblatt confirmed the hiring as he said:

She came baaaack!

We've missed Kristen Wiig oh-so much every Saturday night since she left us, but finally…FINALLY, we've gotten her back!

And she killed it!!

Kristen did her fans right by bringing back some of her most AH-Mazing characters from when she was a regular cast member on Saturday Night Live.

Seriously, we got the Target lady!! Ridic!

Oooh, we can't express how happy we were to get a total overload of the funny lady on SNL again.

Our sides still hurt from last night!

Kim Kardashian has been the butt of a lot of jokes lately. But apparently baby daddy Kanye West is not down with that.

The rapper, who will be performing on SNL on the 18th, reportedly only agreed to join the show for the night IF the writers and cast refrained from cracking pregnant Kim jokes.

The show’s creator Lorne Michaels allegedly kept rejecting Kimye scripts so he could book Kanye as a musical guest!

The incomparable Kristen Wiig, one of Saturday Night Live's FUNNIEST cast members, returns to her old stomping ground THIS WEEKEND as the show's host, and will be accompaned by Vampire Weekend!

The Hangover Part III doesn't even come up until the end of the month, but on Saturday Night Live last night, our beloved Wolf Pack reunited EARLY! And in the most INCREDIBLY RANDOM and HIGHlarious fashion ever!

During the Zach Galifianakis-hosted episode of the long-running sketch comedy series, Bradley Cooper and Ed Helms showed up to beat out their co-star in a Jennifer Aniston look-alike contest, and between the various versions of the iconic 'Rachel-haircut,' the multiple off-color references to Helen Keller, and the line "Also, who the hell is Ross?!" alone, this one is NOT to be missed!

Now that Jimmy Fallon is officially taking over Jay Leno’s coveted Tonight Show throne, we need to know — who’s taking over Jimmy’s Late Night seat?!

NBC has yet to make an official announcement, but it seems that SNL head writer and anchor Seth Meyers is the frontrunner for the late night hosting gig! Watch What Happens Live’s Andy Cohen and America’s Got Talent’s Nick Cannon are reportedly also being considered.

In addition to a new host, the show is expected to be reworked so as to lessen its competition with the Tonight Show. It might even switch to a smaller production!

The network is set to make an announcement mid-May, so we’ll just have to keep our eyes and ears open till then!
