What an unnecessary tragedy.

Hoverboards may be the biggest fad currently overtaking America, but as you can probably tell just by looking at them, they're incredibly dangerous.

But falling off the motorized scooters is no longer the biggest cause of harm from the tech… because there's now at least one case of a hoverboard accident turning deadly.

An 18-year-old in Orlando, Florida was riding his hoverboard while holding a loaded gun on Sunday when he lost his balance and accidentally fired the weapon, hitting his 13-year-old cousin in the back of the head.

Lavardo Fisher was rushed to the hospital in critical condition, but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries on Monday night.

While his older cousin was not charged for the death since it was an accident, the gun owner, 35-year-old Walter Morame, who was not home at the time, has since been arrested for possession of a weapon by a felon.

Our thoughts are with Lavardo's friends and family at this difficult time.

Stay safe, everyone!

We are beyond shocked by this news.

Last week in West Palm Beach, Fl, an 8-year-old boy tried to rob King Food & Meat Bazaar with a loaded gun he stole from his mom.

As seen from surveillance footage, the child traveled to the store via bike, and entered wearing his helmet.

According to authorities, he pulled out the gun, approached a cashier, and demanded money. Luckily, another cashier was able to take the weapon away from him in time.

The gun was loaded, however, no bullets were in the chamber.

The boy's mother, Eboni Alls, believed he was going to the park at the time he committed the crime. She immediately knew he obtained the pistol where she couldn't find it in her purse.

She said:

"I'm like it was so light. I'm like I knew I was missing something. I said where's my gun?"

The child was ultimately arrested and is undergoing a mental health evaluation.

We're just glad no one was hurt.

One Of Taryn Manning's Many Legal Battles Is Officially Dismissed — On To The Next One!

Taryn Manning

More legal drama for Taryn Manning — but at least this is one less thing off her plate.

As we reported last month, the 37-year-old's ex-friend and makeup artist Holly Hartman filed a restraining order against the actress for allegedly attacking her back in November.

Taryn rebutted by saying she's actually the victim and is considering taking legal action of her own.

Well now, that particular case came to a close as Hartman didn't show up for the hearing in El Lay on Tuesday — forcing the judge to dismiss the filing.

That's gotta be a huge relief for the Orange Is the New Black actress — who is separately in the middle of suing the NYPD for $10 million after a false arrest last year!

Woof.

A man has died after he was found on fire outside of Prince William and Kate Middleton's London palace early Tuesday morning.

According to reports, a London hospital contacted police on Monday night about a patient of theirs who was missing — and just hours later, authorities found the man at the gates of Kensington Palace, home of the royal family.
