Mike Sobel, a weatherman in Edmonton, Canada, brought Ripple, an 18-month-old Mastiff on air in an effort to promote animal adoption. Unfortunately for Mike, his valiant and charitable gesture went awry when Ripple decided to get a little frisky.

The power of dogs is incredible!
A 73-year-old man named James Wathen was confounding his doctors over at Baptist Health Corbin in Corbin, Kentucky when his health began deteriorating and he refused to eat for seemingly reasons beyond them.
But nurses realized James was upset about not being with his a one-eyed Chihuahua named Bubba. The two had been separated since James first was taken to the hospital.
Well, nurses were able to figure out that the dog had been taken to a foster family through the Knox-Whitley animal shelter, and on October 11th — a reunion of epic proportions took place!
