Looking at her seksi figure in the picture above taken just days ago, you would never guess Penelope Cruz just had a baby in January! So how did she manage to get back into her famous figure so quickly? Dancing!
The Pirates of the Carribean 4 star said in a recent interview she skipped the gym in favor of the dance studio to shed the baby weight from her pregnancy, explaining:
├óΓé¼┼ôI love ballet and it├óΓé¼Γäós a little boring for me to go to the gym because I├óΓé¼Γäóm used to the dancing discipline ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ it├óΓé¼Γäós really hard but much more fun.├óΓé¼┬¥
Her Spanish heritage may have helped out a little bit too, as she continued:
├óΓé¼┼ôI love Spanish food. My diet is the Mediterranean diet, which is good food. I eat well, but I try to eat healthy.├óΓé¼┬¥
You look great, gurl! In fact, maybe even better than before! Needless to say, we’re going to have to start dancing more often. Ha!
