Yeah, you guessed it. It’s not REALLY 20 seconds, but it’s still pretty quick.
A personal trainer has developed a workout based around the idea that people don’t have time to workout anymore.
Despite operating under the banner “20-Second Fitness”, this workout is actually 4 minutes and consists of 20 second sets with 10 seconds of rest.
The idea is to use all the intensity your body can muster for the entire 4 minutes and cross your finger you make a dent in your body’s calorie count.
