Hey FitPerezcious readers — we’ve got one of you that was given the short straw when it came to booty, and wants to make her butt pop!
Good news is, she isn’t out of luck! Here’s her question:
I have the flattest butt and I want to get a butt like CoCo or Nicki Minaj.
Any butt exercises?

Here’s his response:
The good news: there are a number of butt exercises that you can do to get a shapelier behind! The bad news: getting a butt like CoCo or Nicki Minaj is all genetics ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ some have it, some don├óΓé¼Γäót.
While that may not be the exact answer you want to hear, I want to be completely honest with you. Think of it this way: Lauren Conrad will never have a butt like Coco, and CoCo will never have a butt like Lauren Conrad. They have completely different body types and genetics ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ embrace and work with what you got!
Now, there are a lot of butt shaping exercises you can do. The best are going to be squats, deadlifts, lunges, bridges and all of their variations; along with walking or running on an incline. To see really see change in your glutes, be diligent about getting your butt and leg exercises in 2-3 times per week!
