Be wary of foods that are advertised as ├óΓé¼┼ôlow fat├óΓé¼┬¥ or ├óΓé¼┼ôlow sugar├óΓé¼┬¥. It├óΓé¼Γäós almost always an advertising gimmick. If it├óΓé¼Γäós low fat, it├óΓé¼Γäós typically high in sugar. If it├óΓé¼Γäós low in sugar, it├óΓé¼Γäós probably high in fat. Just because it├óΓé¼Γäós advertised as being healthy, doesn├óΓé¼Γäót make it healthy. Always read nutrition labels carefully.
