Nicollette Sheridan‘s wrongful termination lawsuit against ABC for killing off her character on Desperate Housewives has resulted in a mistrial, since the jury was deadlocked in an 8-4 vote on the matter.
While ABC and Touchstone Television are asking El Lay Superior Court Judge Elizabeth Allen to grant a verdict in their favor, Sheridan’s lawyers are demanding a retrial.
