Cher Helps Out Victims Of Colorado Wildfire

Cher Disaster relief fund

Cher is feeling nothing but sympathy for those affected the wildfires raging through Colorado Springs, Colorado.

The flames erupted last weekend and have yet to be contained after destroying over 346 homes and killing at least one person.

In response to the most destructive fire in the state’s history, Cher has decided to donate to a disaster relief fund that offers long-time support for the 32,500 people that have been displaced, as well as the 16,750 acres (and counting) that have been burned.

The disaster hit close to home for the singer because the blaze has threatened an Air Force Academy where her nephew Ryan is a pilot. After expressing her concern on Twitter this week, a follower suggested a United Way charity and she responded, “I will donate.”

We love seeing celebs do good and the people of Colorado can use all the help they can get right now!
