The New York Jets’
bench warmer quarterback, Tim Tebow, has finally trademarked the phrase almost more famous than he is…
There’s no way you don’t know already but just in case you’re unsure, Tebowing is when you kneel down, bow your head and pray after doing something athletically amazing or just whenever.
He apparently trademarked the phrase not because he wanted to make money but because he wanted to stop others from making money off his name.
So now anyone selling gear profiting off “Tebowing” (and there are quite of few of them) have to stop what they’re doing.
So if Tebow wants to, he can sells hats, shirts, jackets, posters, DVDs, etc.
He can do whatever he wants with it now!
We wonder if he gets paid every time any athlete “Tebows.”
That’d be a good way to make a quick million! Ha!
